Frequently asked questions
What is the creation process?
I design them and do all the artwork myself and then send them to a company in the UK to be printed professionally. (They have different facilities in the US, UK, and China) Every hoodie is made to order since I cannot keep stock of some products at the moment. I use DHL eCommerce to ship most items as to save on shipping.
Stickers and Prints are made in South Africa and shipped from there, so if you do purchase different items they might be shipped in different parcels.
Can I have my hoodie this weekend?
Unfortunately hoodies take 2 weeks to make, so please give time for productions and shipping. Each hoodie is made to order, especially for you.
How soon will it arrive?
2 weeks to make + your preferred shipping method.

Standard shipping - 15 to 30 days
DHL eCommerce - 7-10 days
DHL Express - 3-5 days
Custom and personalized orders
We do take custom hoodies, please feel free to ask for different styles. We just don't do custom measurements.

How to place Custom order
Below is an easy form to use if you'd like to submit a custom hoodie -

What materials do you use?
Hoodies are printed on dye sublimated material made of Synthetic fleece: 100% Polyester. - Smooth and Soft
What if my parcel is missing or delayed?
I will do my best to find out where the parcel is or help you if tracking isn't updating, feel free to message me if you are concerned.
Parcels sent from South Africa are prone to delays, I'm sorry about that.
Can I pay another way besides with PayPal?
Unfortunately no, but you don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal, sadly this is the only way for me to receive international money as I'm from South Africa. PayPal does accept credit cards and such as if it were Ebay or any other online shop. Canceling my order?
Please keep in mind orders are processed as soon as payment is made, so cancellations are not possible.
